Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns 

If you receive a broken or wrong item, we will accept a return of the unused product within 7-14 days and send you a replacement at no cost.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return request to be processed. 

Fardisya General Trading LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging and in the condition originally received. If not, they will not be eligible for refund or a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damaged items or ones lost on return shipments. Therefore we recommend you use an insured and trackable Courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without the original receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery document. 

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. 

Shipping 

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business day.  

Normal delivery charges 25 AED, and we offer Free Delivery for order values of 500 AED or more.
